Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a right of withdrawal for distance selling contracts in accordance with Section 355 of the German Civil Code (BGB). We voluntarily grant you an extended right of withdrawal of 30 days.

Right to cancel


You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. This period shall be 30 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us (JASPORT Brands Holding GmbH, Rehmendamm 20, D-21217 Seevetal, email: [email protected]) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you cancel this contract, we will process your refund, including the cost of delivery (excluding any additional costs incurred if you choose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us), within 3-5 days of receiving the returned goods.

For the refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14 day period has expired.

For returns from Germany, the Netherlands, Poland, Belgium, Austria, and the Czech Republic, we cover the direct return shipping costs. For EU countries, return shipping costs range from €20 to €40, depending on the product.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
