Yes, the bike frame is made of commercial steel and is very stable. The triangular stable structure of the body, along with the "H" shaped base design, make it more stable when riding even with heavy body weight. It also has toe supports to keep the feet in place.

We recommend that the room should have a height of at least (55,88 centimeters + your height). For example, if you are 185 centimeters tall, the minimum room height should be 185 centimeters + 55,88 centimeters.

Our sensor is a power sensor. It uses a CR2477 button battery.

Our app can track distance, time, calories burned, resistance, cadence, power, average power and more to give you an intuitive riding experience and a more efficient ride. Even without speed measurement, you can calculate the average speed by dividing the distance traveled by the time. In addition, our bike is compatible with many high-quality apps.

Actually, the magnetic resistance of the JASPORT & Yesoul G1 Smart Connected Bike is manually adjustable. Therefore, you can use it without the app. However, with the app, you can read the resistance levels. This speed bike offers 100 resistance levels. In addition, our bike will be compatible with top-notch apps.

Using the G1M PLUS screen:

1. Connect Yesoulfitness, Zwift or Kinomap app via Bluetooth, then take out the screen mirroring adapter. Note: The package includes two screen mirroring adapters for Android and iOS, please use them according to your phone model.
2. Connect the HDMI port of the display device to the display.
3. Connect the USB Type-C or Lightning port of the screen mirroring adapter to the mobile phone. Note: Android phones must support DisplayPort (DP) signal output to use wireless screen projection normally. If it doesn't work, please check whether your phone supports DisplayPort (DP) first. Please check if the light on the power adapter is flashing.

1. If the light on the power adapter is flashing, the connector of the connection cable to the display may be inserted the wrong way round. Please refer to the instructions in the appendix to insert the connector correctly.
2. If the light on the power adapter is normal, please send us some videos or pictures to [email protected], and we will help you solve the problem. Don't worry, we promise to solve your problem as quickly as possible.

1.Check whether the two cables of the speaker are damaged or loose.
2.Connect the speaker to a 5V=1A charger to check if it can start.
3.Connect the phone charging cable to the USB port on the screen to check if the phone can be powered.

Please let us know the result after confirming the above steps, so that we can confirm whether the speaker or screen is damaged. If possible, please take the corresponding video for us to judge.

We ask you to confirm the following: When you turn the knob left and right, does the resistance on your feet change? Does the distance between the brake pads and the flywheel change?

If the resistance does not change, we recommend replacing the resistance rod.

If the resistance changes, we recommend that you readjust the resistance. Please perform the calibration according to our instructions.

1. Connect the bike and start the course, e.g. “Just Ride”.
2. Open the cover with the control board.
3. Set the resistance to MAX (approx. 3-5 mm from the flywheel).
4. Please press buttons A and B at the same time until the two lights on the electronic control light up.
5. Press and hold button B and the green light will go out.
6. Set the resistance to MIN.
7. Press and hold button A and the red light will start flashing.

It is best to complete the entire operation within one minute.

First, the pedals are attached to the left and right sides. The left pedals should be screwed in anti-clockwise. The right pedals, on the other hand, should be screwed in clockwise. Both pedals must be turned towards the front of the bike.

If you still cannot successfully install the pedals after following these instructions, we ask that you provide photos and videos of the malfunction so that we can better assist you. Please make sure that the pictures are clear and focused and show the threads on the crankset holes where the pedals are supposed to be attached. You can attach the pictures to your email or provide a link where the pictures are uploaded.

Once we receive the pictures, our technical team will review them and provide you with further instructions or recommendations to resolve the issue.
