The EU countries supplied include:

Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Slovakia, Czech Republic.

2. From ordering to shipping

• processing time

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). If an item is not immediately available, it will be shipped as soon as it becomes available. You can check the current availability status of products on their respective product pages.

During periods of high order volume, minor shipping delays may occur. Please allow for longer delivery times in such cases. Should significant delays occur, you will be notified immediately by email.

Delivery time: 2-5 working days (within Germany), 4-7 working days (other EU countries)

Shipping costs

Free shipping in Germany, the Netherlands, Poland, Belgium, Austria, and the Czech Republic. For deliveries to other EU countries, additional shipping costs of between €20 and €40 may apply, depending on the product.

Ø Shipping methods

We offer parcel shipping for items weighing up to 31,5 kg.

Parcel shipping (DHL, DPD, UPS)

For items with a total weight of 31,5 kg or more, delivery will be by freight carrier or two-man handling.

Freight forwarding (Kühne+Nagel, CARGOBOARD)

• Delivery: Please ensure that we receive a valid telephone number from the recipient, as the shipping company will notify you of the delivery date in advance by telephone. Unfortunately, delivery cannot take place without a valid telephone number.
• Delivery times: Delivery takes place on working days from Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 16:00 p.m. If you would like a Saturday delivery or a delivery after 16:00 p.m., we will be happy to check this for you on request. Please contact us about this before placing your order.
• Storage: After notification, the goods can be stored at the shipping company free of charge for a maximum of 48 hours. For longer storage, please ask the shipping company directly; additional costs may apply.

Two-person handling (Rhenus Home Delivery, Hermes Einrichtungs Service)

• Delivery: A valid phone number of the recipient is required. The delivery date will be confirmed in advance by phone or SMS.
• Delivery times: Delivery takes place on working days from Monday to Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 18:00 p.m. You can easily arrange the delivery date and time slot yourself using the link in the email or text message you receive. The exact time slot will be confirmed again in advance on the day of delivery.
