Service clauses

I. Scope
1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all transactions via [jasport.de]. By placing an order, the user agrees to these terms and conditions.

II. Ordering regulations
2.1 The contract is concluded as soon as the system has sent the order confirmation by email.
2.2 Product prices and stock levels are subject to change (errors excepted).
2.3 The platform reserves the right to cancel orders for the following reasons:

• Unavailability of the goods

• Price errors

• Suspicious transactions

III. Fulfillment
3.1 Delivery times (expressly marked as “estimates”):

• Order processing: 1-3 business days (excluding weekends/public holidays)

• Delivery time: 2-5 working days (within Germany), 4-7 working days (other EU countries)

IV. Disclaimer
4.1 Force majeure:

• No liability for delays caused by pandemics/natural disasters/strikes etc.
  4.2 Limitations of liability:

• No liability for indirect damages (e.g. loss of profit)

• Regulation on bearing the return costs

V. User obligations
5.1 Prohibited actions:

• System manipulation through technical means

• Abusive returns

• Providing false information

VI. Changes to the Conditions
6.1 Notice of Changes: Effective after 7 days of publication on the Website.

VII. Choice of law
7.1 Place of jurisdiction: District Court of Lüneburg

Special notes on compliance:

• All time specifications are explicitly defined as “working days” (§ 193 BGB)

• “Estimated values” marking complies with German general terms and conditions requirements

• Exclusions of liability formulated in accordance with Section 309 No. 7 of the German Civil Code

• Clear separation of obligations according to Section 241 Paragraph 2 of the German Civil Code

• Cancellation policy according to § 312g BGB

• Price Indication Regulation-compliant presentation

• Reference to dispute resolution platform (OS platform according to Section 36 VSBG)
